With over eight years as a Graphic Artist II at Carley Corporation (2017–2025), Derek developed engaging 2D and 3D multimedia assets for Navy and DoD training programs, including the Sailor 2025 (S2025) Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) initiative, RRL FY2020, CH-53K helicopter, E-6B aircraft, Triton II Drone (MQ-4C), and MH-60S helicopter. He led a two-month MH-60S helicopter 3D modeling project, guiding a team to deliver photorealistic visuals that met stringent client standards, demonstrating his leadership and technical precision.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, Captivate, After Effects), 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Unity, and Substance Painter, Derek excels at creating SCORM-compliant animations, UI designs, and graphics that enhance learning experiences.
