Carley Corporation Projects

Summary of Projects at Carley Corporation (2017–2025)

As Graphic Artist II, I designed and developed SCORM-compliant interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) and computer-based training (CBT) for U.S. Navy and DoD programs. Using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, Captivate, After Effects), 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Unity, and Substance Painter, I created high-quality 2D/3D graphics, animations, UI elements, and technical illustrations to enhance learner engagement and technical accuracy. My contributions spanned multiple high-profile projects, including leadership on the MH-60S helicopter initiative, earning multiple Employee of the Month awards for precision, creativity, and reliability.

Key Projects:

  • Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Initiative — Developed interactive eLearning modules with 2D/3D graphics, animations, and UI designs to modernize Navy training. Collaborated with instructional designers to align visuals with learning objectives, ensuring accessibility (captions, transcripts) and SCORM compliance.

  • RRL FY2020 — Produced multimedia assets including animations, 3D models, UI designs, charts, and Substance Painter textures for SCORM modules. Managed version control via TortoiseGit, optimized assets for LMS platforms, and adhered to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

  • CH-53K Helicopter — Created photorealistic 3D models, textures, and animations of the CH-53K and its T408-GE-400 engines using 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and Animate. Delivered visuals for training simulations that accurately depicted equipment operations.

  • Triton II Drone (MQ-4C) — Developed 3D models, animations, geospatial imagery integration, and UI designs for interactive training modules. Worked with SMEs to capture performance objectives and enhance realism for operator training.

  • MH-60S Helicopter — Led a two-month project to model, rig, texture, and animate the MH-60S, including the M197 20mm Gatling Gun and GAU-21 .50 Caliber Machine Gun, using 3ds Max, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Unity. Guided team delivery to meet Navy standards for weapon systems and procedures.

Across these projects, I cataloged photos/graphics, filled content gaps through SME interviews, and delivered hundreds of assets under tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
